E-Commerce Coordinator

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to keep our Shopify Plus online stores accurate, reliable, and running smoothly day to day.

This role is focused on execution and reliability. You’ll be working across product setup, website accuracy, order fulfilment, and customer service, ensuring our online stores operate smoothly and consistently.

The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Buying, and Retail Operations to ensure products are presented correctly, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and customers have a consistent experience.  The focus is on accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency that supports sales and customer satisfaction.

Key areas include:

• Product setup, content accuracy, and online merchandising
• Website maintenance and coordination with technology partners
• Managing the online order processing, fulfilment, and returns
• Customer service enquiries and issue resolution
• Supporting promotions, launches, and campaigns
• Turning operational data into clear actions and improvements

About You

You likely have experience:

• Working with an online store or eCommerce platform, preferably Shopify Plus
• Managing product data, content, or website updates
• Supporting order fulfilment and customer service processes
• In a retail or eCommerce business
• You’re comfortable being accountable for execution, enjoy working through detail, and take pride in keeping things running properly day after day.
