The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to take the lead on day-to-day social media and content execution across all brands.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time. Based in beautiful Port Macquarie, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, leading the social channels by helping plan, create, and execute content aligned with our marketing calendar.
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in line with the marketing calendar
- Brief and coordinate store-led content, providing clear direction and inspiration
- Create content using Canva (posts, stories, reels support, basic design assets)
- Build and send EDMs aligned with campaigns and launches
- Support events, activations, and in-store promotions
- Assist with eCommerce merchandising and content updates
- Source imagery and assist with shoots where required
About You
- Confident managing social media, not just posting but planning and executing
- Strong eye for content and design, with solid Canva skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple brands and priorities
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong communication skills
