We’re a fast-moving, creative business focused on strong product, community, and authentic brand storytelling across retail and eCommerce.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to take the lead on day-to-day social media and content execution across all brands.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, leading the social channels by helping plan, create, and execute content aligned with our marketing calendar.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in line with the marketing calendar
  • Brief and coordinate store-led content, providing clear direction and inspiration
  • Create content using Canva (posts, stories, reels support, basic design assets)
  • Build and send EDMs aligned with campaigns and launches
  • Support events, activations, and in-store promotions
  • Assist with eCommerce merchandising and content updates
  • Source imagery and assist with shoots where required

About You

  • Confident managing social media, not just posting but planning and executing
  • Strong eye for content and design, with solid Canva skills
  • Organised and able to manage multiple brands and priorities
  • Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
  • Strong communication skills
